Rev. LeSette M. Wright, BA in Psychology ( LaSalle University), EdM in Counseling Psychology and Guidance (Temple University), MA in Bilingual/Bicultural Studies in Spanish (LaSalle University), and MDiv in Urban Ministry (Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary).

Rev. Wright is president and founder of Peaceseekers, an international organization dedicated to cultivating partnerships for preventing violence and promoting peaceable homes, schools, churches and communities.  She has served as the Associate Director for Prevention Programs at the Harvard School of Public Health, where she helped to develop the Peacezone, the first violence prevention curriculum for elementary students to combine the concepts of healing and social skills.

Her work involves helping children, families and communities exposed to grief, loss and trauma, promoting a public health approach to violence prevention, and the importance of community/faith-based partnerships in peace promotion efforts. She is an ordained minister with the American Baptist Churches USA, a Senior Chaplain with the International Fellowship of Chaplains, Public Health Advisor, Clinical Therapist, and Certified School Counselor.  Rev. Wright has worked with students, families, teachers, administrators, clergy, public health professionals and a host of mental health providers in a variety of settings including, Boston Public Schools in Massachusetts, Chester-Upland and Philadelphia School Districts in Pennsylvania, the Colegio de la Asuncion in Ponferrada, Spain, special education programs, universities, outpatient clinics, churches and community non-profit organizations.     

She advises federal, state and local government in effective and sustainable approaches to youth violence prevention and has served as a consultant to the Urban Networks to Increase Thriving Youth (UNITY), part of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) national youth violence prevention initiative, Striving to Reduce Youth Violence Everywhere (STRYVE).

Rev. Wright is an internationally recognized speaker, trainer, and guest lecturer.  Her topics include:
